Group Training

  • 60 Minute Sessions 

  • Full Body Workouts.

  • Training is specific to each person and sport.

  • Focused on non-weight barring exercises for beginners.

  • Strength, coordination and agility focused workouts.

  • Group A: 9-12

  • Group B: 13-15

Personal Training

  • 45 Minute Sessions

  • Can Include: 1-1 Stretching

  • Full Body Workout (Typically).

  • Customized Workouts based on Goals, Physical Activity level, Age, and Limitations/Injuries. 

  • Sport Specific Training

  • Recovery Room (Optional)
