The Thursday Night Movement Club at Modern Fitness OC is a FREE, community-based fitness event designed for all levels—from walkers to experienced runners.
Led by physical therapist Stuti Dixit, this weekly session focuses on movement, injury prevention, and building long-term fitness.

Distance: 3–5 miles
