Movement Club

​​The Thursday Night Movement Club at Modern Fitness OC is a FREE, community-based fitness event designed for all levels—from walkers to experienced runners.

Led by physical therapist Stuti Dixit, this weekly session focuses on movement, injury prevention, and building long-term fitness.
  • Location: Modern Fitness OC
  • Warm-Up: 6:00 PM
  • Start Time: 6:15 PM
  • Duration: 45–60 minutes
  • Distance: 3–5 miles

No matter your current fitness level, there’s a group for you:
  • Walkers (low impact)
  • Joggers (moderate pace)
  • Runners (higher intensity)
We start at Modern Fitness OC and move through:
  • Oso Creek Trail
  • Forbes paved path
Perfect for steady pacing, conversation, and progression.
